This is a very good camera. Even though it eats up the battery it still takes very good pictures. I would definately recommend it to a friend.

The DSC 350 is no longer being manufactured but may still be found in the market place.avdistribution@optonline.net writes:(AV Distribution LLC)THE ITEM New VIVICAM DSC 350 [Camera] IS DEFECTIVE, THE THE CF CARD IN CAMERA CANNOT BE REMOVED, THE EJECTOR (FLIP DOES NOT WORK) AND THERE ARE BATTERIES IN THE CAMERA INDICATING IT HAS BEEN USED, CAMERA AND PACKAGE LOOKS USED. AFTER PUTTING IN NEW BATTERIES, IT DOES NOT POWER ON. THIS PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED USED WITH OUT INVOICE, WARRANTY CERTIF. THE ITEM WAS LISTED AS NEW. FURTHER IT DOES NOT WORK AND IS DEFECTIVE.

Ofcourse there was no answer to my e-mail, so I called my credit card company and sent it BACK & may still be found in the market place.
