Verbatim Secure Digital Memory Cards provide high capacity solid-state storage for Digital Still Cameras, Digital Video Cameras, MP3 Players, Cell Phones, PDAs and other technology products. Each postage stamp sized Secure Digital Card features built-in security technology for the protection of copyrighted digital content. The security technology complies with the SDMI (Secure Digital Music Initiative) specification of CPRM (Content Protection for Recordable Media), an encryption and certification/authentication standard developed by 4C Entity, LLC. The SD Memory card's control circuitry permits data access only when appropriate external devices are detected.
