Bought for new digital camera. Have now owned it for many months--maybe 6? And have had no problems. Gives lots of flexibility for taking long movies that I can edit down and email to the grandparents. Down side is that you can take SO MANY PICTURES (yay!) and then you end up needing more and more hard drive space! But at about $.55 a G, who cares!

I bought this card about in summer 05 and it's now summer 07. It's been great with my Canon SD500. Very fast, holds lots of photos, no complaints.

Good but you can go with 2 GB. Can save as many pictures as you want, when it comes to saving little videos.. soon goes into memory full mode, I would have been better off with 2 GB.

This is a nice reliable memory card. 1 GB is good enough memory for short video taping that you don't have to carry aroud camcoder.
