With this card, you may need a "Sandisk" brand reader. I've heard of this before too.
Otherwise it's a great card.

I got this SD memory for use with a Canon PowerShot SD800 IS camera.
The memory worked just like it should, great speed and space for pictures and videos from the camera.

This is a fine fast SD memory card. These high capacity cards cannot be read by just any SD card reader. I use mine in a Canon digital camera and it works fine. I tried 4 card readers, to directly read the card into a computer, before I found one that worked. The card reader must have a rather direct and short connection to the USB port.

This is my first really large memory card (was using 256MB til now!). It is amazing but the danger is in how many photos I just took on a recent trip - 1600!!! Too many but am glad to have every one!
