The OKI MICROLINE 420 9-pin printer and its wide-carriage counterpart ML421 are a quantum leap forward in impact printer performance. Engineered for dedicated forms printing in the most demanding point-of-sale, automation and utility environments, ML420/421 printers are right at home in applications such as retail sales counters, medical facilities, automotive rental and repair shops, airline counters, financial departments and manufacturing sites. Their print speed and versatile paper handling make them ideal for the office, too. The ML420/421 sport features that give them a strong edge over their predecessors as well as the competition. 3-piece top cover provides easy access and unsurpassed break resistance. An internal cooling fan provides continuous airflow for the printhead - maximizing throughput productivity for long, unattended print jobs. The Okidata 420n impact printer is right at home in retail, medical, automotive, and airline settings, or anywhere that demands fast, reliable, dedicated form-printing. Delivering fast (570 cps) printing on up to six-part forms, the 420n has a 128 KB memory and a footprint small enough for tight working spaces.Designed for long-lasting performance in even the toughest settings, the 420n features a durable rack-and-pinion drive system and an ergonomically-designed, impact-resistant chassis to protect it from damage. Controls are conveniently located on the front panel, and versatile paper handling includes automatic loading of continuous and cut stock forms.
The Okidata 420n differs from others in its series in that it features an integrated OkiLAN 6120e 10/100 BaseT internal print server for shared use and remote management capability. It also features USB and parallel connectivity and is at home in most Windows or MS-DOS environments. The 420n is backed by a three-year warranty.
