A great little printer.......2007-05-24

Bought this printer so my wife can print directly from the my Canon Rebel XT. Very easy to use printer with decent output. I love the ability to connect via pictureBridge or just stick the card in the slot.
Paper handling is very smooth and the print comes out very fast.

Vivid colors and excellent image control.......2007-04-11

I bought this product for $62.98 with the extra cartridges and paper bundle in a Gold Box deal. It is an excellent product. Set-up was easy--less than 5 minutes to install. You will need your own firewire, however. The machine has a small footprint and is easy to use from the computer,from your camera or from your data card. The video screen allows you to easily skip and choose your images if you are not using your computer. Pictures are of excellent quality and the images are true to life. I realize I got an excellent Gold Box deal when I see what the printer price is now. Even at the higher price, it is still a great printer for the price.

This printer is amazing! Great picture quality (from a 3 color cartridge)! It's hard to tell the difference from my Canon i960 desktop photo printer (with 6 color printing). Just remember, garbage in, garbage out, for those of you that don't agree with what I am writing (because of 1 review that I read, before I purchased it). (Appearently, somebody must have tried to make silk from a sows ear, on that review). And, fast too! It is worth the purchase!

Like most Canon products, after I plugged the BU-20 bluetooth adapter into my Apple laptop, it worked flawlessly on my new PIXMA MP600 printer. And, at $49 it was a bargain compared to the MSRP of $89 at other retail outlets.

There are no chords! Yippee!!! And printing is a breeze with the bluetooth adapter. And, all that is wonderful. However, the bluetooth does not allow me to scan and send to my computer or the other way around. I still had to purchase a USB chord in order to scan and send. Oh, but these are middle class blues. The bluetooth is still great for printing.

BU-20 OK for Text Printing from Macintosh.......2007-05-08

Easy to set up and use, but VERY slow printing. Don't plan to use this for graphics, but for occasional printing of text files it works fine. I had hoped it would allow me to avoid using my desktop Mac as a print server (via wireless network connection) when printing from my laptop. Alas, when I need to print large files (eg, photos, or 17 pages of TurboTax output) I take my laptop to the printer and plug-in USB direct.

I suppose I could start print jobs just before going to bed....

Works Like a Champ.......2007-03-27

I bought this Canon product to be able to print wirelessly to my Canon printer. Of course I knew that it would be compatible with the printer since it is specified by Cannon as being such. However, wasn't sure how the MacBook would work. Well, the MacBook was easily configured and the range is very good. Printer is in an interior closet and I can print from anywhere on the same level, without difficulty. Have not attempted to print from a different floor.
