Designed with small to medium-sized businesses in mind, the Samsung ML-2552W offers wireless networking, heavy-duty performance, versatile compatibility, and paper handling for every purpose. With up 25 ppm print speed, and 1,200 dpi resolution, the ML-2552W delivers a first page out in just 12 seconds and offers a hefty monthly duty cycle of 100,000 pages.
The ML-2552W is compatible with a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Sun Microsystems, and more. A 10/100 Base T+ 802.11b wireless LAN interface is standard, right out of the box, plus parallel and USB 2.0 ports permit connections directly to both old and new PCs. Driven by a powerful PPC 266 MHz processor, the ML-2552W offers expandable RAM, from 32 MB standard to 160 MB with optional chips. Standard emulations include PCL6, PS3, IBM ProPrinter, and EPSON, plus a full menu of built-in fonts (45 scalable, 1 bitmap, 136 PS3 fonts).
Standard paper handling includes a single built-in 500-sheet primary tray plus a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray that also manages duplexing. A second 500-sheet tray is supported as an optional accessory. The ML-2552W handles media of nearly any size, up to 8.5 x 11.4 inches, including envelopes, labels, transparencies, postcards, and more.
