The Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 8000N printer is a hefty workhorse for offices in need of a large-capacity printer. This model provides 1,200 x 600 dpi resolution, a top volume of 24 ppm, 16 MB RAM, and a built-in 3.2 GB hard drive for large print jobs to ensure consistent, high-quality printing over the life of the printer in diverse environmental settings. The large standard input capacity of up to 1,100 sheets reduces paper reloading, and multibin mailboxes with collation and stapling simplify complex jobs.
Two paper trays (and an optional third) support the 8000N's impressive input capacity of 1,100 sheets and its 600-sheet output. It prints a full range of professional stationery and envelopes (No. 10 and monarch), plus transparencies and labels. New expanded control-panel messages help identify potential issues and recommend solutions, and (amazingly) the toner cartridges actually install quickly with no mess and no mistakes.
The Hewlett-Packard 8000N is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh. To ensure compatibility with both types of files, the LaserJet 8000N includes a variety of print languages.
