The Citizen CLP-4081 bar code label printer was designed with ease of use in mind. With its large side panel and removable front cover, loading ribbons and media has never been easier. The CLP-4081's thermal transfer technology lets you print on standard labels, card, plastic or coated media. And, with a resolution of 203 dpi, you'll get clear and accurate bar codes that are easy to read.High performance print speeds of up to 8 inches per second means this printer can handle high volume label printing with no problem. If you need to print small batches of labels quickly, the CLP-4081 is more than capable.The internal rewinder makes batch printing of labels simple. With the CLP-4081, you don't need an external rewinder. Labels are fed back into the printer where the internal sensor prevents the roll from becoming too full.The 8 character LCD display on the operator panel uses easy to understand messages. Users can quickly enable various printing modes with the 3 membrane buttons. Setting printer controls for cutters, peelers, tear-off, serial interface parameters, printer emulation and print head temperature are a breeze with the CLP-4081.
