Six units of U320 SCSI hard drives are implemented flawlessly for hot swapping. The LAN controller supports dual Gbit LAN to facilitate the most efficient networking. The AP1700-S5 also comes with 5 PCI-X slots for high-speed PCI add-on cards.Offering great flexibility, the AP1700-S5 is a standalone tower server that can also be converted to a 5U rack mount server depending on different applications.
