The new Compaq Evo Workstation W8000 supports up to two Intel Xeon processors. This workstation uses Error Checking and Correcting (ECC), Rambus DRAM (RDRAM) memory designed to work with the new Xeon processor for maximum performance and data integrity.Compaq provides assured compatibility with industry-standard technology, strong ISV partnerships and testing and certification on key workstation applications.
