Over a year ago for about 200 bucks at an Altex in Corpus Christi. There are others that are similar. Some things I dont like are:

1) Small power supply: Will lock up computer if you use too many peripherals.

2) 4x agp slot. Not good enough for my 8x card.

3) Heat. Oh my god this thing runs hot. I had to buy a fan pack for the 5.25 drive bay and use an external cd drive. Good thing it has 6 usb ports.

4) Cramped space around RAM: No room for heat sinks on RAM.

5) Modes other than "Normal" or "Slow" in BIOS will lock up system or cause file system corruption.

6) Area between edge of case and AGP card is not barely large enough to hold the internal usb cable that is routed there.

Things I do like:

1) Small design is nice. You can stack 4 in a cluster and get the same footprint as a large case.

2) Every bit of the hardware I have in it is supported well under Linux.

3) Optical audio rocks!

4) Case is easy to open and work around in for small design.

If I had to do it again I would have waited for shuttle to come out with a couple revisions. They have some really good stuff out there now for the mini-pc enthusiast. The problem with this one is the fact that it costs so much and is limited in upgradeability compared to the rest of Shuttle's mini-pc's.
