The CID154 from Conair is a corded phone with a number of useful features and an attractive price tag. Call waiting and caller ID compatible (with your subscription through your local phone company), the CID154 holds up to 64 caller ID numbers in its internal memory, while up to 10 speed dial presets provide quick access to the most frequently dialed numbers. Display and dial lets you scroll through the caller ID log and dial any number simply by pressing the callback button, while the time/date stamp lets you know exactly when you received an incoming call.

You can switch between pulse and tone dialing depending upon your needs, while handset and ringer controls let you adjust volume levels to your liking. You can access information such as speed dial settings, the internal clock, and caller ID record through the LCD on the handset (which displays in either French, English, or Spanish). The redial function lets you call the most recently dialed number with the touch of a button and stores up to 32 digits so you can easily access bank and other prompt services. No Caller ID........2004-04-21

After about a month of owning this phone, the display failed completely. We bought two of them, and you cannot read the caller id on either. DO not buy this.

Has one heck of an annoying buzzing sound........2003-02-27

This phone just can't seem to be in the same room with anything electronic. I had bought it for my bedroom and it seemed to work fine for a short while and then the buzzing sound started. I wasn't sure why at first and then I tried moving around and noticed that the buzzing sound lowered as I moved it away from any electronics. Well, that won't do for me because I want it on my night stand along with my lamp and my clock radio. I should have sent it back but I just gave it to my kid to play with. I have since bought a nice new cordless phone of another brand that works great!
