I've used this for several months with absolutely zero problem. It solves the problem of having loose cable all over in my carry bag, it keeps the coils from attacking anyone walking by the table where I'm using it, and it works EVERY single time I drag it out.

The price is near give-away.

It's hard for a product to do much better than that.

I ordered this item as a stocking stuffer for my girlfriend figuring it'd be useful with her laptop. Turns out it didn't retract correctly and ending up breaking before she could ever use it.
