Cannot hear!.......2006-01-18

These phones are terrible. It is very difficult to hear the person you are talking to. I bought the phones to replace an older Uniden model. After a few days of straining to hear callers, I switched back to the Uniden.

The phones have cheap "feel." They are rather light, which relfects the poor workmanship of the phone.

A friend at work purchased the same model and had the same trouble. I will not buy any more Southwestern Bell branded products.
