The built-in auto-attendant will route your calls to your onsite extensions or remote phones, and even forward calls from one to another, if you like. This bundle adds a 60-minute voice mail upgrade to the 25-minute memory thats built into the system, so you have a total voice mail capacity of 85 minutes. This bundle also includes 4 TalkSwitch phones created specifically to work with this system. Theyre already pre-set, so you dont have to program them to access system features. Plus, they bring a lot of extra conveniences to the desktop, including a message-waiting indicator, a hands-free speakerphone, and a built-in headset jack. Setting up your TalkSwitch is simple. Just connect it to your PC via the serial or USB port and follow the easy-to-understand menus in the included Windows software. You wont need the computer during normal operation, but you can reconnect it any time to update your configurations. You can also connect regular analog phones, your fax machine, and a modem as ordinary extensions, too. Youll be able to continue to use any phone-company services you subscribe to, such as Caller ID, Distinctive Ring, Call Waiting, and 3-Way Conferencing.
