The New DataLabsUSA Voice Exec EVM-8x is a professional answering system with Auto Attendant, Voice Mail and Audiotex Menu System. It can be connected directly to 4 telephone lines or 4 analog extensions of a PBX and provides an auto attendant that answers up to 4 calls simultaneously like a real professional operator. The Auto Attendant allows the caller to dial direct extension / mail box numbers and when the extension is not answered or busy on a PBX, takes the caller to Voice Mail. Up to 511 mail boxes and up to 26 hr. message time makes your SOHO business sound like a Fortune 500 Company. There are 256 audiotex menus available and callers may select single digit options to hear recorded messages or transfer calls. (Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Service, etc...) This system offers 6 different audio quality settings and now has the ability to transfer to remote extensions such as cell phones when connected directly to CO lines with 3 way calling transfer features on the line(s). The EVM is programmed with any standard touch tone phone or remotely without a computer. You may retrieve your messages remotely and change settings on the fly. EEPROM Flash memory secures all settings and messages in a power failure. All Digital with no moving parts assures reliability! Works On Analog Extensions on almost every digital or Analog PBX with 4 available analog extensions.
