Album Description
A native of Washington state, Richard Fuller has pursued his musical career in Vienna for the past eighteen years. In that time, he has sought to address himself exclusively to the interpretive potential of the fortepiano - the sensitivity and delicacy of an earlier keyboard culture - and who succeeds in convincingly projecting these qualities to the listener. Those who think the fortepiano is "just and old piano" will be pleasantly surprised to hear Mozart come to life in the articulated and fluid playing of Richard Fuller. Klavierwerke II is a digital recording released in 1994 in Europe, but never heard in the U.S. Palatine Recordings are honored to include it in our catalogue as we move on to complete Mozart's keyboard works with Mr. Fuller.
Klavierwerke II, Music, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Richard Fuller, Adagio for Keyboard, Chamber Music & Recitals, Classical, Classical Sonata/Sonatina for Keyboard, Fantasy/Fantasia for Keyboard, Keyboard, Richard Fuller continues his Mozart cycle on a 1795 fortepiano replica, the piano of Mozart's time, with his graceful articulation complemented by the instrument's rich tonal colour., Rondo for Keyboard
