The works range from Baroque to 20th century and the list includes both familiar titles such as Gymnopedie by Satie as well as less know works such as the Michael Lorimer's transcription of the Weiss Sonata for Lute in E Minor. This disc is a great companion to Nathanson's other solo album, New York Sally.
