I'm not a classical music expert--especially when it comes to critiquing one performance vs. another; however, I think this is a lovely CD. Of course, I'm a Beatles fan, so the fact that George Martin was behind this was a big push. I have always like Mozart and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is nothing to sneeze at. This music is not the same old stuff you hear on all the "Greatest Hits" classical CDs you get. Contained within are some beautiful pieces by the musical genius of all time. The short enhanced CD interviews with Mr. Martin and the Mozart biography only add a lot of value to this CD! You can learn about the composer and iterpretation of his music through the enhanced portion. I'd say go for it, especially if you're(like me) not the most elite classical music buff out there.
