In the tradition of Handel's Messiah, Christ Lives is a contemporary Oratorio that vividly brings to life the deep meaning of Christ's life. Composed after Donald Walters visited the Holy Land in 1983, "Christ Lives" brilliantly captures the profoundly inspiring and uplifting experience that Walters felt as he traveled in the footsteps of Jesus. Moved to share that inspiration with the world, Walters composed this Oratorio, already considered by many to be a contemporary masterpiece.

Complete with instrumentals, vocal recitatives, ensembles and full choir pieces, "Christ Lives" is performed by the award winning eighty-five voice choir, featuring forty-one solo and choral pieces and seven instrumentals.

As music alone can do, the Oratorio reaches the soul with both the message and spirit of Christ's life, and his call to all seekers to awaken the Divine within.
