This CD contains some of the best horn ensemble playing you're likely to hear. It's very balanced and musical. The low horn playing in particular is quite good and the intonation is flawless.

You don't have to be a horn player to enjoy this music. Any devotee of solid brass ensemble playing and any lover of Wagner will enjoy this CD thoroughly.
