Customer Reviews:
More great contemporay music from Naxos.......2006-01-20
Baladas music has a certian accesibilty blended with purely modern language. These two short chamber operas also with librtettos by the composer which reflects his political concerns are also quite funny at times. These operas are fully modern in their composition but are less orchechtrated than his works given that they are chamber operas. Very well peformed by the Carnegie Mellon Opera with the same singers in both. The complete libretto is included
