Both the instrumental and vocal music here are very good. This CD contains the first recording of a work by Venetus that I have been able to find. Keep an eye out for Ms. Wilkinson's work. She is young and her voice is not yet fully developed. This means that her voice quality on the next CD will be even better than it is on Fire & Ice. Expect great performances from her. She is a rising star in early music.
