I was an oboe student of Mr. Gorton's a few years ago in college, and he is an amazing oboist. Ms. Van Hosen is also wonderful, and the combination is perfect. This is an absolutly beautiful CD. The arrangements are lovely, and the combination of oboe and harp is one that you don't hear enough. I highly reccommend it to anyone who enjoys oboe or harp.
