Founded in 1955, the Israel Kibbutz Choir was active between 1962-1997 under the baton of its musical director, Maestro Avner Itai. This CD offers a selection from their broad repertoire and focuses on traditional Jewish and Israeli songs arranged for choir, as well as works by Salomone Rossi (1570-1630) and contemporary Israeli composers.
