5 out of 5 stars Music for Everyone.......1999-04-17

Bill Kraft's Contextures II, The Final Beast is a wonderful and accessible work that is both thought provoking and filled with humanity. To the listener(if you could call yourself that) from Memphis: I've met Bill Kraft and he's a very nice man with a great deal of wonderful friends who happen to appreciate his music. Oh,... they also know how to spell!

This review entails three songs from amazons' samples. Note that I am just Judging the songs they picked, let's hope certin CD lables don't pay them more for picking better songs for the listener to review ;the interesting idea of getting the consumer to judge the content of the composers music is wonderful but hopefully it's not a scheem to further feed them what the rich record companys want the poor buyer to hear. (songI)conjecturesII The final beast:Is this from prouge or from loony toons? What was this guy thinking when he composed this. If you ignore the silly undertones the overall stun of the songs the subdued monrose can be really great in a spacey sort of way. The final feelings 'genius clutter tin can.'(songII)Interplay: Twilight Zone episode -1:The Dark Astroid Plauge: Dwells about an invisible asteroid that seeps into unsuspecting planets sun light. On the planet is unholy nightime horror but only to go on floating by in a few seconds with the civilizations disgrace of not getting to have a riot.(3)Ceremonies Pagents and Celebrations: Nothing happended. No one showed up?! The song started off allegro and sounded like the beginning of some long complex intricate piece- but no. The whole song was antisipation for a climex. But the party bombed. A full keg and only a lonly composer to drink it. And that is the way it should be. Don't buy this album unless you like conceptual art. He probably had an eight track to record this and played all the instriments himself. This guy couldn't have gotten along with anyone. Is that the point......
