This is such a lovely recording to listen to, I have 4 different versions of these concertos and I must say this is BY-FAR the greatest I have heard!! A treasure to own, the best and not to be missed at any cost!!!

I am a huge fan of Sondeckis' orchestras, because they present exceptional performances 30+ years: every detail is polished and spiritual content is always focused and emotionally moving. Maestro always selects the best soloists to work with. And we hear on this CD a brilliant performance by Gernot Winischhofer. Enjoy!

Cheap! and as far as I am concerned as good as any of the other more expensive competitors' CD's. I agree with another reviewer who said that it is high time we gave lesser known artistes some recognition - so I am starting here. I like what I hear.
