This song is a testament to all the families that lost loved ones in this tragedy, I hold this song especially to my heart in loving memory of my cousin Giovanna whom I lost in the tragedy. A touching song, and my heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the artist that put their time and energy into this album and aiding in the healing process after this sad event.

Awesome CD.......2002-10-14

The artists' commitment to raising money for such a good cause is commendable. Their talents and time to produce this CD, shows the world that we will overcome the hatred that hurt so many on 9/11. The inclusion of the Miami Children's Chorus added to the diversity of the group. What a peaceful way to remember!!!

A todos que perideron las vidas en el dia 9/11 les mando mi adios. Lo recuerdo como si fuera ayer y cada vez que pienso en el recuerdo de las imagenes que pasaron por la frente. La canción es demasiada de emocionante, llore la primera vez que la oí en la radio. Gracias a todos los que compartieron sus tiempos para grabar la canción. Es todo lo que quieras en una canción patriota y triste. Ricky Martin, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Ana Gabriel, Jose Feliciano y muchos mas comparten pedazos en la canción.

This is one of THE best Latin songs I've heard in a very long time!!! This song teaches us that we mourn for those who fought for our freedom on Sept. 11th. Yet, we must also rejoice for the triumph that God and His army in heaven and earth are winning!! It's amazing that so many diverse Latin superstars have gotten together to give tribute to America, even though some of their native homelands are of Hispanic nationality. Even some of my all-time faves are included: Gloria Estefan, Christina Aguilera, Jon Secada, Jennifer Lopez, and Jaci Velasquez! Great song; it has made an impact for ALL Americans, Latinos definitely included!!!

This is a great bachata album by this artist and I confess I stumbled across this cd in Miami a couple of weeks ago when I was looking for other bachata music. I took a chance on it and I am happy to say that it is a worthy purchase and the bachata is authentic. This bachatero for sure has charisma and the musical arrangements are top notch. This bachata is wonderful for listening or dancing its your choice but the lyrics are definitely sentimental. About his voice, he definitely has exceptional talent. In this cd his voice is soft but convincing at the same time. There are three merenbachats on this cd and they are quite good especially the first two. If you like bachata surely enough you will find this cd a quality production and very sentimental. Who is he comparable to? I would say Raulin Rodriguez, Frank Reyes and Bienvenido Rodriguez somewhere along those lines. Anyway no doubt about it this cd is up there with some of best bachata productions. Do enjoy it!

The is a sumptous CD. If the major Spanish composers are your cup of tea, then this is a collection you should explore. The composers included here are not well-known, but their work certainly should be.
