This Cd is a new exemple of the musical development of the great Italian composer. The concerto for two pianos and instruments clearly shows us that Maderna had a very complete understanding of the European music of the XXth century, a deep love and a profound knowledge of arts and life. Thanks to the conductor Andrea Molino for his outstanding interpretation.

This concerto for 2 pianos and percussions is an unexpected masterpiece of the early compositions of the great italian composer Bruno Maderna.

Andrea Molino and the Ex Novo Ensemble seem to be at their best.

A MUST for any person who understands the music of the XXth Century.
